Emer is Studio and Communications Coordinator at Publica, where she oversees the organisation's internal operations and external communications. She manages studio administration and events while leading Publica's content strategy across its website, social media, and editorial output.

Her work spans strategic and practical domains. She drives content development and digital communications, developing copy for projects and shaping how Publica’s work is presented to audiences.

Beyond day-to-day coordination, Emer manages key programmes and initiatives. She coordinates Publica's work experience scheme, supports recruitment processes, and develops internal tools and systems that improve organisational function, including health and safety initiatives.

Emer holds a BFA in Fine Art from the Ruskin School of Art at the University of Oxford, where she specialised in oil painting and 3D installation. Her dissertation examined the role of body in contemporary art as a site of political potential to challenge anthropocentric hierarchies.
