Founding Director Lucy Musgrave is in Cannes at MIPIM, sharing Publica’s bold vision for Marble Arch.

Lucy is joined by Oliver Fenn-Smith, CEO of The Portman Estate; Simon Loomes, Strategic Projects Director of The Portman Estate; Howard Dawber, London’s Deputy Mayor for Business and Growth; and Jace Tyrell, CEO of Opportunity London to share how the Mayor's ambitious plans for Oxford Street, which include Marble Arch, now present an alignment of opportunity to create a new civic space for London.
