Lucy Pritchard

Senior Urban Designer

Lucy is a Senior Urban Designer with a wide range of experience both in practice and academia. She is currently working on a vision for a client in the West End of London, developing design ideas and a framework of spatial proposals for the site and its integration into the wider context. She has also recently worked on a contextual study and area survey in Shoreditch and the preparation of a design charrette to support the social enterprise, Tonic Housing.

Lucy studied architecture at the University of Cambridge and The Cooper Union New York; and completed her Diploma in Architecture at The Cass School of Art, Architecture and Design at London Metropolitan University. 

Prior to working at Publica, Lucy worked for Witherford Watson Mann Architects, General Public Agency, Levitt Bernstein and Kilburn Nightingale Architects, where she was part of the design team for the British High Commission in Uganda, which won a RIBA International Award. Lucy has also taught as a design tutor and served as a visiting critic at The Sir John Cass School of Art, Architecture and Design, The Architectural Association and Kingston University and is also currently completing her PhD by practice, which has been supported by a Vice-Chancellor’s scholarship at The Cass School of Art, Architecture and Design.
