Publica goes to Nottingham

Publica was invited by the University of Nottingham's Department of the Built Environment to engage with its postgraduate programme in architecture, which this year is examining the buildings and spaces of London's newly-branded "Knowledge Quarter" which straddles the Euston Road. On 1 November three members of Publica, Chris Schulte, William Beeston and Matthew Hopkins travelled to Nottingham as guest tutors to lead an intensive day of teaching. Over the course of the day they presented the ethos and work of the practice, reviewed student work and ran a workshop on techniques of urban observation and mapping.
