Barbican & Golden Lane Area Strategy consultation is now live

The City of London is currently consulting on the draft Barbican and Golden Lane Area Strategy, commissioned from Publica.

Developed through a year-long process, the strategy sets out recommendations and projects for improvement to the district’s streets and spaces, alongside a vision for the City of London cultural hub. It responds to future changes that will affect how the district functions, as well as the needs and aspirations of its many users groups and stakeholders.

This is the third project that the City has commissioned from Publica, and follows strategies for the Liverpool Street and Bank areas, both now adopted as City of London policy.

The consultation runs from the 8th May to the 3rd July 2012.
